The Southington Police Department Records Division consists of four (4) Records Personnel, a Records Supervisor and three (3) Records Clerks

If you are unable to pick up reports during business hours, you can call the Records Division ahead of time and we can leave a copy of the report with Dispatch at the main desk. You can pay to receive a copy of your requested report after hours but you need the correct/exact dollar amount. The Southington Police Department Dispatch Center cannot make change.
Accidents and Incident Reports are not available online. To acquire either one of these types of reports, you can either come to the Southington Police Department or request one to be mailed to you. If you are looking to have a report mailed to you, they must be prepaid.
